At MOSO CLINIC, we value your time and ours. To maintain the integrity of our schedule and provide the best possible care to all clients, the following terms apply to all bookings:
Booking Deposit
A $50 deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. This will be applied toward the cost of your treatment on the day.
Deposits are non-refundable in cases of late cancellation or non-attendance.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
We require a minimum of 6 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to accommodate other clients and operate efficiently.
• Cancellations made within 6 hours of your appointment will result in forfeiture of your deposit
• No-shows will also forfeit the deposit and may affect future booking privileges
Late Arrivals
If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, we may not be able to proceed with your treatment. This may be considered a late cancellation and result in forfeiture of your deposit, depending on the nature of the treatment and scheduling.
Consultation Requirement
All new clients must attend a 15-minute consultation prior to receiving any treatment. This ensures we have a clear understanding of your medical history, treatment goals, and suitability for procedures, in line with medical best practice.
